How far in advance should I book my photoshoot?
We recommend booking your photoshoot at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For weddings and large events, it's best to book several months ahead to ensure availability.
What is your photography style?
My photography style is a blend of candid and posed shots, aiming to capture natural, authentic moments with a touch of artistic flair. I adapt my style to suit the preferences and unique personality of each client.
How do I access my photos after the shoot?
Your photos will be available in the Melson Moments Portal, our secure and easy-to-use client platform. You can view, download, and share your photos from here, as well as order prints and albums.
What is your policy on rescheduling or cancellations?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. For rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible. Our deposit is nonrefundable but we will do our best to accommodate a new date. For cancellations, please review our detailed policy on our website.
Are travel costs included in your photography packages?
Travel costs within a 25+ mile radius of Chandler, Oklahoma, are included. For locations outside this area, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us for detailed information based on your specific needs.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
The turnaround time for receiving your photos varies by the type of shoot. Generally, it takes about 2-4 weeks for most photoshoots, with weddings and large events potentially taking longer.
